Tick ✔ for tally; tick "Sent" yourself after sending. To edit or delete, type your password in the 🔑 box (clear it to lock again). ✉ msg ticked = WhatsApp opens with the message typed; unticked = blank chat. Tick 📞 dial to make mobile numbers tap-to-call (opens the phone dialer). Changing the position number moves the name inside the same vibhag.

✉ Message

{નામ} = name, {કાર્ડ} = card type (replaced automatically). If count is like 2+2, "with 2 more persons" is added in the message.

Your list lives in your own Google Drive (file Invitation-List-Data.json) and is shared by every phone/computer that logs in with the same password. Every change is saved automatically within a couple of seconds, and the list refreshes by itself.
